We offer up to 1 ½ % buyer rebates on the purchase of existing Indianapolis homes for sale and homes for sale in Central Indiana.
We cannot offer 2% rebate like we do on new construction homes because more time and expense is involved in selling existing Indianapolis homes.
How does the “Existing Indianapolis Homes for Sale Rebate Program” works?
1. You use us as your Realtor. You will be represented in the purchase of your new home by professional experienced full-time real estate agents. We know the homes for sale in Indianapolis area market.
2. You will get a 1% rebate on your home if the purchase price is $100,000 to $150,000. You will get a 1 ½ rebate if the purchase price is over $150,000.
3. This rebate offer is subject to the Seller paying us at least a 3% commission. The normal Selling Agent commission is 3% to 3 ½ %. We will inform you what the Selling Agent commission is on each Indianapolis home for sale you want to view.
4. There is no limit on the number of houses we will show you, we do request you do a “drive-by” of each house before we schedule a showing. This is the reason you will save 1% to 1 ½% of the purchase price on your new home! The drive-bys will save us time and you lots of money. If the purchase price of your next home is $200,000, you will save $3,000 for doing the drive-bys!
5. The market area we service is all of Central Indiana. Some of the counties are Marion, Boone, Hancock, Hendricks, Hamilton, Henry, Shelby, Johnson, Madison, Putnam, Rush, and Morgan. We will show you homes in any of these counties.
The “Existing Indianapolis Homes for Sale Rebate Program” is not intended to solicit prospective homebuyers who already are working with real estate agents.
Occasionally we will list an existing Indianapolis home that we will offer a 2% rebate.
