How Does the Indy New Home Buyer Rebates Program Work?

Our new home buyer rebate program sounds very simple because it is!

When you use our professional services to represent you in the purchase of an Indiana new home, we will contribute back to you at closing 2% of sale price of your new home.

The rebate will be on the HUD 1-Closing Statement. You can use the rebate to pay for closing costs, more upgrades, or reduced the principal of you mortgage.

Your lender may have restrictions on how or if you receive rebates. Please check with your lender.
